Yulin City, with its long history, rich culture, convenient transportation, not only has oil, natural gas, and abundant coal resources but is also the largest fine coal chemical base in China, providing an ideal development base for cutting-edge manufacturing.
Founded in 2012, Tianshengyuan is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D, production, and sales of glass microfiber products. The company covers an area of 279 acres and has more than 600 employees. In 2023, the microglass fiber cotton output reached 60,000 tons, including 18,000 tons of Type 253, 12,000 tons of Type 475, 20,000 tons of ceramic fiber cotton, 10,000 tons of centrifugal cotton, and 25,000 tons of high-quality glass microfiber cotton raw blocks. 50% of our products are exported to countries and regions such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Our products are key raw materials for AGM battery separators, VIP core materials, and air filters, mainly used in a wide range of fields such as energy storage, air filtration, cryogenic storage, construction, aerospace, and biopharmaceuticals.
The company adheres to the idea of high starting point and sustainable development. The plant is designed with large space and three-dimensional, production lines are large-scale and centralized, equipped with high-level automated control systems, high-quality management and control systems, and comprehensive environmental protection facilities. The kiln raw materials are secondarily selected and controlled upon entry, and the production of glass material blocks uses a digital proportioning system to ensure the technical parameters are accurate and stable from the source. The company has independently developed a gas proportioning control system, noise reduction equipment, a "felt blanket style" automatic collection production line, a new type of automatic packaging machine, a quality control team that accounts for 12% of the total number of employees, production department workshops, and quality control departments with independent testing laboratories for double quality control, 24-hour online patrol inspections and instrument testing, intelligent information transfer between front and back ends, separation and security check entry of sub-optimal cotton and other control processes, fundamentally controlling quality, and significantly improving the qualified rate of products leaving the factory.
The company has passed ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO45001, GB/T29490-2013 system certification, and multiple EU ROHS standard tests. It also holds more than 20 national patents and can achieve mass stable production with a fiber diameter of 0.2 microns, leading the industry in ultrafine microfiber products.
