Hu, Vincent (Taiwan)

Dr. Hu is the Director of the Advanced Filtration Center and Deputy Director of the Department of Testing and Certification at the Taiwan Textile Research Institute (TTRI), where he leads an accredited filter test lab with comprehensive testing capabilities. He is also the Executive Director of the Taiwan Filtration and Separation Society (TFS) and the Director of the Taiwan Cleaning Technology Association. Dr. Hu has been leading the filtration testing team at TTRI for more than 20 years, gaining extensive experience in testing various filters and filtration technologies, ranging from face masks and respirators for personal protection to HVAC, cleanroom, transportation, power generation, industrial applications, as well as fuel, oil, and lube filters. Dr. Hu is also skilled in building quality control capabilities to monitor filter production processes. He has made significant contributions to advancing the local textiles, nonwovens, and filtration industries and connecting them with the global community. His leadership and expertise have positioned him as a prominent figure in the filtration industry, both locally and internationally.
